Cancellation Policy

Yummy Detailing – Service Policy & Agreement (Applies to all detailing services and add-on services provided) Thank you for choosing Yummy Detailing! To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, please review the following terms and policies, which apply to all Bronze, Silver, Gold packages, and add-on services. 1. Liability & Client Acknowledgement Client releases Yummy Detailing from all liability and claims for any loss, damage, or injury arising from services performed. We cannot guarantee complete removal of contaminants (e.g., stains, paint effects, odors). No chemicals, solvents, or dressings will be applied to clutch, brake, or accelerator pedals. Yummy Detailing is not liable for prior or existing damage, or issues arising after the vehicle leaves our possession. We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. 2. Pricing & Vehicle Size Base rates may vary by size and condition of the vehicle. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges. Excessive junk or personal items causing delays will add a $25 junk removal fee. 3. Time-Based Adjustments Packages include standard time allotments. Excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair may require more time, billed at $40/hour beyond the estimate. Yummy Detailing may authorize up to 1 additional hour at $50/hour for heavy jobs (pet hair, organic removal, off-road contamination). 4. Deposits & Cancellations A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Deposits apply to your final bill but are not refundable for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. Rescheduled appointments retain the original deposit. 5. Travel Fees A $5–$20 travel fee applies for mobile services, depending on distance. Confirmed at booking. 6. Ownership & Authorization Client affirms they are the registered owner or authorized by the owner to request services. Yummy Detailing is not liable if an unauthorized person submits a vehicle. 7. Payment & Lien Rights Payment is due in full before vehicle release. Yummy Detailing may withhold, detain, or issue a lien if payment is refused. 8. Satisfaction & Touch-Ups Refunds are not offered, but we stand by our work. If issues are noticed within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll make it right.
