Welcome to Yummy Detailing!

By using our website and mobile auto detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services:

2. We provide mobile auto detailing services in Solano County, including Vacaville, Fairfield, Dixon, Suisun City, Davis, and Vallejo.

3. Appointments:
   Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment:
   Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Service Guarantee:
   We strive to deliver quality work. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to address your concerns.

6. Liability and Release:

• Client releases Yummy Detailing from any and all liability and claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury as a result of services performed.

• Client understands and agrees that Yummy Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants, including but not limited to irremovable carpet or seat stains, paint effects, or odors.

• Client understands that Yummy Detailing will not, under any circumstance, apply chemicals, cleaning materials, solvents, or dressing to the clutch, brake, or accelerator pedals of the vehicle.

• Client releases Yummy Detailing from any liability for damage, visible or otherwise, prior to the vehicle being submitted for services and after the vehicle has been removed from our possesion.

1. Additional Work Authorization:
   Client authorizes Yummy Detailing to spend up to one additional hour, billed at the regular hourly rate of $50.00, for any additional time spent on any quoted service. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive pet hair removal, organic substance removal, off-road contamination, or other unforeseen cleaning needs.

2. Authorization and Ownership:
   Client certifies that they are the registered owner or have full authority from the registered owner(s) of the vehicle being submitted for services. Yummy Detailing cannot be held liable if an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for service.

3. Payment Authorization and Lien:
   Client agrees to make payment for all agreed-upon services, whether agreed orally or in writing, prior to the release of the vehicle. Client authorizes Yummy Detailing to withhold, detain, and issue a lien on the vehicle should payment not be made for services rendered.

4. Personal Belongings:
   Client agrees that Yummy Detailing will not be held liable for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

5. Changes to Terms:
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
