Yummy Detailing – Service Policy & Privacy Agreement

Thank you for choosing Yummy Detailing! We value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality services with transparency. The following policy outlines the terms, conditions, and privacy practices that apply to all detailing packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and add-on services.

 

Service Terms & Conditions

 

1. Liability & Client Acknowledgment

  • By booking, the client agrees to release Yummy Detailing from liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from services performed.

  • We cannot guarantee complete removal of contaminants such as stains, paint transfer, or odors.

  • No chemicals, solvents, or dressings will be applied to clutch, brake, or accelerator pedals.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or any issues that arise after the vehicle leaves our care.

  • Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings. Yummy Detailing is not liable for items left in the vehicle.

 

2. Pricing & Vehicle Condition

  • Base rates vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service package.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles or those with excessive dirt, pet hair, or contamination may incur extra charges.

  • A $25 junk removal fee applies if excessive personal items delay the service.

 

3. Time-Based Adjustments

  • Each package includes a standard time estimate.

  • If additional time is needed due to excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair, it will be billed at $40/hour.

  • For extreme cases (e.g., pet hair, organic spills, off-road dirt), up to 1 extra hour may be authorized at $50/hour without prior approval.

 

4. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments.

  • Deposits apply to your final invoice but are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedules.

  • Rescheduling is permitted; however, the original deposit will be retained and applied to the new date.

 

5. Travel Fee

  • A $5–$20 travel fee may apply, based on your location. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

 

6. Ownership & Authorization

  • By booking, you confirm that you are the vehicle’s registered owner or have authorization to request detailing services.

  • Yummy Detailing is not liable for servicing vehicles submitted without proper owner authorization.

 

7. Payment & Lien Rights

  • Full payment is due at the time of service or before the vehicle is released.

  • If payment is refused or withheld, Yummy Detailing reserves the right to detain the vehicle and/or file a lien until payment is made.

 

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • While refunds are not offered, we stand behind our work.

  • If there are concerns, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the issue and, if valid, offer a free touch-up to make it right.
